5. CONSTRUCTION

  • Pre-construction processes range from 2-4 months depending on the type of home you have chosen
  • The construction timeline will vary based on size and finishes used in your home. Plan for 6-9 months from the date we break ground to completion
  • Frequent site visits with our team help stay on schedule to ensure optimal target delivery date is met

6. WELCOME HOME

  • Final walk-through and new home orientation
  • Final closing and receive your keys
  • Enjoy your beautiful new home!
