"Fidelity Wes built a new home for us. We contracted with them after the designs had already been approved by the Village and the foundation had been poured. They delivered the house on time at the end of May 2020, even with the COVID-19 outbreak. The co-owners Warren and Mike are the perfect team and I recommend them. Warren has great attention to detail and manages the build and the subcontractors and handles post-construction issues. He's very responsive; recently, we had an issue needing repair and Warren came over on a Sunday and got the issue fixed. While Warren is the details guy, Mike is the dreamer and the designer. He loves every house they build, like it's his own house he's building. He will give you plenty of options and offer his advice, even how to save money. Their broker Alan is very helpful and gives you advice about what options buyers in the area like the most (and what they don't like or need), so that you can be sure your house will fit into the area for years to come. Their subcontractors work hard and know what they are doing. Buyers need to know what they want and have a budget and not expect free work. Even with a custom home, once certain steps are completed, you cannot change your mind. They can build anything you want, but you need to stick with your plan. Warren and Mike want to build your house like it's a long-time partnership with you and we've been happy."
