- Meet with our team to design your home or choose from one of our many floor plans
- Let us guide you in creating a new plan or customize a current plan to bring your dream to life

3. FINANCING
- Work with one of our preferred lenders
- Get Pre-Approved!
- Single closing for Lot/Construction end loan

4. SELECT FINISHES
- Visit our Design Center
- Work with one of our in-house Selections Coordinators to choose design features of your home, keeping your timeline on track while streamlining the construction process
- Visit our preferred supplier showrooms

5. CONSTRUCTION
- Pre-construction processes range from 2-4 months depending on the type of home you have chosen
- The construction timeline will vary based on size and finishes used in your home. Plan for 6-9 months from the date we break ground to completion
- Frequent site visits with our team help stay on schedule to ensure optimal target delivery date is met

6. WELCOME HOME
- Final walk-through and new home orientation
- Final closing and receive your keys
- Enjoy your beautiful new home!
